This dual mission requires constant optimization of the shopping experience, as well as the ability to anticipate and respond to the changing needs of consumers in an ultra-dynamic e-commerce environment.
Horrea has deployed a Core Team of e-commerce experts, deeply involved in strategic thinking, design, and the enhancement of the customer experience for Nespresso.fr.
This multidisciplinary team, made up of Technical, UX, CRO, and Product specialists, works closely with Nespresso to continuously optimize every aspect of the e-commerce platform.
In addition to this, we have developed a Design System with over 50 components to ensure consistency across the entire site and accelerate the development of new user journeys.
