Nespresso France needs to support its commercial activation plan and accelerate the growth of its online sales.

For Nespresso, the goal is twofold. On one hand, effectively supporting its commercial activation plan to maximize the impact of its online marketing and promotional initiatives. On the other hand, driving continuous growth in its online sales to solidify its position as a leader in the capsule coffee market.

This dual mission requires constant optimization of the shopping experience, as well as the ability to anticipate and respond to the changing needs of consumers in an ultra-dynamic e-commerce environment.
