Faced with this challenge, BNP Paribas has undertaken to enhance its RFP response process with AI to improve its efficiency and competitiveness. The bank needed a solution capable of assisting bankers by extracting, analyzing, and proposing responses from reference documents in various formats such as Word, Excel, PDF, and PPT. These responses needed to be reliable, relevant, and aligned with the bank’s guidelines and publicly available data, relying on a highly rich source of documentation
