As a love brand, Aperol sought to deploy its merchandising (glasses, textiles, accessories, lifestyle products, etc.) through a dedicated online store capable of distributing its products across Europe (excluding France). They needed a partner to support them through all phases of the project: strategic planning, global/local organization, logistics schema, artistic direction, online platform creation, and e-commerce operations.

On the technical side, Horrea managed the creation of an immersive and high-performing digital platform developed on Shopify Plus, meeting the brand’s most demanding needs. An MVP approach was adopted, allowing for the rapid launch of the platform in key and pilot markets to gather feedback and enhance the customer experience.
Horrea handled all operationsâranging from customer service to logistics and e-commerce growth strategiesâto ensure efficient delivery of Aperol products across Europe (excluding France), providing a turnkey solution for both the platformâs construction and large-scale e-commerce operations.
The MVP platform’s performance has been on point in the 6 months following the launch, with over 15K unique visitors driven entirely by organic traffic, and only 2 pilot markets: Austria and Belgium. The catalog, which now features over 50 products, continues to expand with capsule collections and partnerships. These results validate the expansion of the shop across Europe (excluding France).
